Fixcolab and TGSB Sign Joint Venture Agreement to Establish New Company, "FCTrilobyte Sdn Bhd", to Engage in Virtual & Augmented Reality Business
November 11, 2022, Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia - Fixcolab Group Sdn Bhd ("Fixcolab") and Trilobite Geo Technology Solution Sdn Bhd ("TGSB") announced today that they have signed a joint venture agreement to establish a new company to engage in the provision of Virtual and Augmented reality services across industries in the country.
Today's announcement is the furtherance and result of a discussion of a strategic alliance in the booming Virtual Reality application across industries.
The new company will aim to bring together Fixcolab's VR software development expertise with TGSB’s expertise in multi-industry subject matter, to bring forth an innovative ways to experience information, thanks to virtual reality softwares.
Fixcolab and TGSB plan to establish the new company in early 2023 and to begin the provision of VR and AR services in Q2, 2023. The establishment of the new company and the start of business are subject to relevant regulatory approvals.
